We are a lagree studio licensee. A boutique style of total-body fitness! In just 30-45 minutes you'll get a complete workout. Set in small group classes, you'll find a personal training atmosphere. Each and every workout can be customized to your own individual needs. No pressure to keep up with any class. Using our state of the art MEGA to execute routines that are never alike and will keep your body from plateauing. Support of the Mega is low-impact, safe on the joints, spine and connective tissues. We target slow-twitch muscle fibers to failure to maximize your workout results each class! Depending on your fitness level you can expect to burn 300-600 calories in a single session. And 1600+ calories post workout.

We're excited your giving us a try! Starting something new can always feel a little intimidating. Don't worry we will help. That's why we require you to come early, so we can get you set up for success! This is an effective and efficient way to train, burn fat and build lean muscle. 99.9% of our clients do just fine in any class they attend. be patient with yourself, and be proud of what your body can do! It's the challenge of the workout that makes us unique and a cut above other fitness studios. If you haven't worked out in a long time, or this is your first time working out you mey need to take breaks more frequently in class. But its alright. Our workout is unique. There is no pressure to keep up.
If you feel like you still need some extra help, we do offer privates and semi-privates sessions. We highly suggest starting here to get the most benefit from our classes or if you're just starting out. YES! We have athlete's that love our workout. If you don't like a challenge, this workout is probably not for you! Because our method focuses on slow-twitch muscles and pushing them to failure, you'll feel an intensity like you never have before. We get excited for shaking and burning so don't be surprised if you see our coaches giving you a high-five during classes! You're going to Tone, Shake, Sweat, Burn, LOVE the way you feel after class!
First and Foremost leave your day outside the studio. This is YOU time! Let everything else go!
A Few Things To Know Before You Go:
Wear clothes that are comfortable to workout in.
Water and a towel (we do have water available for purchase in the studio) in case you forget.
We do NOT allow Jewelry on the MEGA. It can tear and puncture our covers and you could lose something dear to you! It may get wrapped up in the springs or lost. Its happend.
Leave your distractions before you start class. NO cell phones during classes! These are only 45 minute classes. Don't let anything interrupt your time.
NO lotion on body, strong perfumes or cologne please. Some people are allergic.
Your CC must be on file and is necessary to reserve ( ahead of time) and guarantee a spot in advance. It is also required for our cancellation policies. You may be removed from class otherwise.
Grip Barre socks must be worn. Your feet will sweat and they are required for safety and sanitary reasons. We offer a 10% discount on your first pair. The instructor will make sure you have the approved studio socks prior to taking class if purchased in advance.
Lastly, come ready to sweat and shake! Around here we like to have fun so don't be surprised if you hear us laughing a little during class. We want you to enjoy your workouts. Because when you do, you are more likely to be consistant and get better results.
The LAGREE method is designed to work the body to muscle fatigue each class. At which point your body needs ample time to rest and recover. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you'll need maybe more or less time to recover. We suggest at least 3-4 times a week if you are not doing any other physical activity. If you are doing other physical activity we suggest 2-3 times a week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. Listen to your body, it knows best!
Due to the limited # of MEGA's available, we do require reservations to hold your spot in a class. If a client needs to change or cancel class they can change their schedule up to 12 for single class members and 8 hours for monthly to avoid losing a class. The class goes back onto your account for later use.
*It is considered a late cancellation inside the 12-8 hour window and you lose the class. If a late cancellation occurs inside the 2-hour window prior to class start, a $20 late cancellation applies but you do get your class back.
*When a cancellation occurs but the class is already in session, it's considered a No Show you will lose this class and a $30 charge applies. If a client reserves a spot in advance and then does not attend the scheduled class a $30 charge applies. A late arrival to any scheduled class, may considered a No Show, a $30 charge may apply.
Please note: If a client arrives late to class, their spot is open and may be given away to a waiting student. First time clients must check in no less than 10 minutes prior to class start to avoid a charge and losing the spot in class. We MUST have time to go over the MEGA prior to class start. And set you up for success.
LAGREE Pulse 45 does not issue refunds for any missed classes. It's the clients responsibility to remove themselves for a class they cannot attend. Clients are responsible for signing up for their own classes.
We absolutely require a notice of 12 hours for single class members & 8 hour for monthly members before making any kind of changes to your schedule. This must be done through our momence app or computer to avoid a penalty. ( We do not accept emails, texts and phones calls as an acceptable form of cancellation. These will not be answered).
* Of course we know you hate to miss the class. And only in case of any family emergency or hospital visit would be the exception. Please do not put the studio in position to make any other exception for you on any other circumstances as that would be unfair to all our other clients.
Classes and Instructors are subject to change without notice at anytime. You are paying for the spot in class not the instructor.
Absolutely you are welcome to walk-in. However, walk-ins are subject to availability and First Come First serve basis. There is some exclusivity to reserve your MEGA in advance and if a walk-in occurs you still have a spot reguardless. If you are NEW and a first time client we offer a 3 for $30 to give us a try and can be purchased through our pricing page. We cannot guarantee a spot will be available without a prior reservation as walk-in.
We STRONGLY recommend our members online sign-up whenever possible.
