Jesse, KC born and raised, is Owner, Client Relations Manager, and Lead Coach at Lagree Pulse 45, and an Advanced Certified Lagree Fitness trainer. The workout

Lagree Fitness is a workout method developed by Sebastien Lagree, combining elements of Pilates with strength training and cardio, and core stability. The workout focuses on the body building principles of muscle engagement, time under tension, and metabolic conditioning, and is known for its intensity and effectiveness in sculpting lean muscles and improving overall fitness.


The workout utilizes a specialized machine called the Megaformer, which features adjustable springs and straps to provide resistance. Lagree workouts typically focus on slow and controlled movements, targeting multiple muscle groups simultaneously to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance, and is a PROVEN method to change body composition FAST. Using the Time Under Tension a.k.a. TUT technique, muscles are forced to stay contracted throughout the range of motion using slow, controlled movements. This activates your slow-twitch muscle fibers that sculpt and change body compostion quickly. 


The VERSAclimber engages all your major muscles in your legs, arms, and back. The push-pull motion of climbing also forces you to utilize your core stabilizer muscles. Since you're using most of your muscles on the VersaClimber, you can get a full-body workout in a minimal amount of time, with no impact on the joints.


By combining the Lagree and Versa methods and machines, we are able to continuously target slow-twitch muscle fibers with ZERO-IMPACT cardio to help reach peak muscle failure and optimize the efficiency in your workouts.
