Fitness background: 

I began my fitness journey teaching Group Fitness classes in college at Pittsburg State University. After a Yoga internship & graduation, I decided to pursue other avenues of fitness receiving my certification to teach Zumba classes. From there, I re-located to Arizona and taught other various fitness formats including Group Core, BarreAbove and Zumba as well as other dance formats. I decided it was time to receive my 200 Hr Yoga teacher training in 2017.  I moved to Kansas and found Lagree. It’s been one of my favorite and most challenging formats to teach. My passion is teaching and I love making a difference in people’s lives.   

What sets you apart? 

I love teaching all sorts of modalities. Lagree and Barre are my favorites. When you take my class I will motivate you to find the best version of you and push you to see how far your body can go. With Lagree it is about growing and molding yourself to find that NEXT level in your fitness. I will help get you there! In Barre I enjoy coaching and the functional fitness it provides to change things up. You might see elements of Yoga, Pilates and Strength in your BarreAbove workout! I also enjoy putting playlists together, so you'll enjoy the music as well! I also take requests. The music is going to motivate you. The exercises are going to change you!   

Why Lagree? 

Lagree was something that chose me. Which may sound funny, but I didn't know much about it at first. Once I tried a class, I was hooked. I love the way my body feels after the workout. I feel that I can get a more effective and efficient workout in a shorter amount of time. Being a busy mom of 3, that is what I need. I also have noticed a stronger core, better posture and great sleep with Lagree. I hope you'll come try my Lagree/Barre Mix classes!!
