Hometown:

Overland Park, KS

Fitness background:

After playing golf through high school and 2 years of college I had a golf performance training internship when I was working on my Exercise Science degree at Rockhurst University. From there I earned my Titlist Performance Institute certification and continued training golfers while working on my Doctor of Physical Therapy at KU Med. I have been working in outpatient orthopedic PT since graduating in 2015.

What sets you apart?

As a PT I work with a variety of patients from teenagers through 80+ years old to recover from pain/injury in all joints of the body. I see patients for everything from low back and neck pain to total knee replacements and rotator cuff repairs. I help them work toward their goals to get back to independently living their daily lives and then come up with a plan to stay active long term for their overall health.

Why Lagree?

I found Lagree Pulse 45 in December 2019 and it has been such a great fit for me personally that I want to bring it to as many people as possible. This low impact and high intensity workout was sustainable for me before, during, and after a pregnancy. Lagree has made me a better PT and I love how it never stops challenging my physical and mental strength. Our son is 1 year old now and I'm feeling stronger than ever! My goal is to continue teaching and taking Lagree classes for many years to come!

Coaching style:

I'm going to push you to do more than you think you can, but I'm also going to set you up for success. It's not about conquering the exercise. It's about consistently showing up and doing the best you can with the body you have today!  Lagree Certified
