Fitness background: I've always been active but never found that specific work out that has kept me motivated until I tried Lagree. I wasn't a big fan of they gym and so this was up my ally!
I quickly fell in love and knew I wanted to be able to help others grow in the workout. You can't stay 25 forever, so what better way to keep your body young then by moving it!
What sets you apart: I want everyone to succeed! I tend to be the hype girl who is always rooting for you and pushing you to do your best. I love to celebrate the small and big accomplishments of everyone around me.
Why Lagree: I have tried different types of workouts over the years and nothing ever stuck enough to be consistent until I was introduced to Lagree. I loved that I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in. I love how quickly it shaped my core and how I feel just a little bit stronger after each class. No other type of workout has made this big of difference, this fast in my body as Lagree has. I decided I was hooked and got certified in 2024.
Coaching Style: My goal in class is to create a fun and energtic environment while helping you achieve your bestself class. I want you to feel like you can conquer the world after my class!
I also love a good theme, so you may hear weekly music themes in my class.
