Fitness Background: I started my journey at a young age as a gymnast, swimmer, cheerleader and weightlifter. During college at KSU, I began practicing yoga and became a certified yoga teacher in 2011. I started teaching Yoga right away and have been helping people quiet the mind chatter for 13 years.
I started doing Lagree when I became injured due to overstretching from Yoga.
What sets me apart: I am what you see. I want to have a good time and give you the best class possible.

Why LAgree: I used Lagree as physical therapy to strengthen her muscles. Lagree has been such an important part in my life since 2019 and I love teaching it as well!
I enjoy building muscle while moving slowly. Lagree also pairs well with yoga, they make a great team.
Coaching style: My goal is to make you the best version of yourself. Wheather I can incorperate some fun and give you a chance to focus on you. Or just help you relive some stress from your day to day life. You'll see enthusiasm and positivity in my classes.
I have two boys, 13 and 15 years old and my husband, Luke, who also practices Lagree!
